How long does delivery take?
Average delivery time is 30–45 minutes depending on distance and current demand. The app shows you a live estimate before you confirm.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Apple Pay, credit/debit cards, Beez Wallet, and Bank Transfer. You can set a default payment method in your profile.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel within 2 minutes of placing an order without a fee. After that, a small cancellation fee may apply depending on the order status.
